5.1 Consultation Appointments

All consultation bookings are final. However, we understand that circumstances may change:

For lock & key services and GPS installation appointments, similar policies apply. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or full payment.

Clients must complete all required forms and provide necessary information promptly and accurately. Delays or missed deadlines caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling beyond the stated policy.

6.2 Access and Cooperation

For on-site services, clients must provide reasonable access to the property or equipment and cooperate with our technicians. Failure to provide access may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

6.3 Accurate Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their security needs, property conditions, and any relevant circumstances that may affect service delivery.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
