1. Consultation Services Overview

1.1 What's Included

Our expert consultants assess your security needs and advise on the most effective solutions for your specific environment. Each consultation includes:

• GPS Tracking Assessments: Analysis of tracking needs and recommendations for optimal solutions

1.2 Consultation Duration

Standard consultation sessions are one hour in length. Additional time may be available at the standard hourly rate of $200 per hour, subject to availability and advance arrangement.

1.3 Consultation Format

Consultations are conducted on-site at your location within our service area (College Park, GA and surrounding areas). Virtual consultations may be available for preliminary discussions but do not replace the comprehensive on-site evaluation.

2. Booking Process

2.1 How to Book

To schedule a consultation:

2.2 Payment Required to Secure Booking

Your consultation appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods processed through Stripe.

2.3 Booking Availability

Consultation appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 3-5 business days in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 No Refunds for Missed Appointments

Our standard consultation fee is $200 for a one-hour session. All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed appointments (no-shows)
• Late arrivals that reduce consultation time
• Client-initiated cancellations
• Change of mind or decision not to proceed
• Inability to attend due to personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with recommendations provided

3.2 Reschedule Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances may change:

• One Free Reschedule: Clients may request one reschedule at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice
• How to Reschedule: All reschedule requests must be emailed to info@scudokeytracksolutions.com with your full name and phone number
• Advance Notice Required: Reschedule requests must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Subject to Availability: Rescheduled appointments are subject to technician availability

3.3 Late Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and require a new booking at the standard rate. The original consultation fee is forfeited.

3.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to be present at the scheduled location at the appointed time, this is considered a no-show. No-shows result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee with no refund or reschedule option. A new booking at the standard rate is required.

4. Appointment Times and Scheduling

4.1 Limited Availability

Appointment times are limited due to the specialized nature of our consultation services. Each time slot represents a commitment of our expert consultants' time and resources.

4.2 Punctuality

We value punctuality and ask that you:

• Be present at the scheduled location 5 minutes before your appointment time
• Ensure access to all areas requiring evaluation
• Have any relevant documentation or information ready
• Notify us immediately if you will be delayed

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your consultation:

• The consultation will end at the originally scheduled time
• No refund or credit will be issued for reduced consultation time
• We may need to reschedule if the delay is significant (subject to our reschedule policy)

4.4 Consultant Delays

In the rare event that our consultant is delayed:

• We will notify you as soon as possible
• We will extend your consultation time to ensure you receive the full hour
• If rescheduling is necessary, we will work with you to find a convenient alternative time

5. Consultation Preparation

5.3 Site Access

You are responsible for ensuring that our consultant has safe and complete access to all areas requiring evaluation. Failure to provide access may result in an incomplete consultation with no refund.

6. Consultation Deliverables

6.1 What You'll Receive

Following your consultation, you will receive:

• Verbal Recommendations: Immediate feedback and recommendations during the consultation
• Written Report: Detailed written analysis and recommendations (delivered within 3-5 business days)
• Implementation Plan: Step-by-step guidance for implementing recommended solutions
• Product/Service Quotes: Pricing for any recommended products or services
• Follow-Up Support: Email support for clarification questions within 7 days

6.2 Report Delivery

Your consultation report will be delivered via email within 3-5 business days of your consultation. The report remains our intellectual property but you receive a license to use it for its intended purpose.

6.3 Implementation Not Included

The consultation fee covers assessment and recommendations only. Implementation of recommended solutions (installation, configuration, etc.) is quoted separately and requires additional payment.

7. Follow-Up and Additional Services

7.2 Additional Consultations

If you require additional consultation time beyond the initial hour, you may book additional sessions at the standard rate of $200 per hour.

If you choose to proceed with implementation of recommended solutions:

• We will provide detailed quotes for all services and products
• Implementation is scheduled separately from the consultation
• Separate payment is required for implementation services
• Implementation services are subject to our standard terms and policies

7.4 No Obligation

You are under no obligation to proceed with implementation of recommended solutions. The consultation provides information and recommendations; implementation decisions are entirely yours.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 Your Obligations

As a consultation client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Being present at the scheduled time and location
• Ensuring safe access to all areas requiring evaluation
• Following our cancellation and rescheduling procedures
• Reviewing and understanding our policies before booking
• Paying the consultation fee in full before the appointment

8.2 Delays Caused by Client

Delays or missed deadlines caused by the client (failure to provide information, access issues, etc.) do not qualify for refunds or additional consultation time.

8.3 Safety and Liability

You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our consultant. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a consultation if safety concerns arise, with rescheduling subject to our standard policy.

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

Our consultations provide professional recommendations based on our expertise and assessment. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• Security solutions cannot eliminate all risks

• Circumstances may change after the consultation
